Using my experience and post graduate training I am able to provide a wide range of treatment techniques and interventions to help improve your pain and function and return to sports or activities.

Raj Virk Clinic Physiotherapist

  • Degree from the Birmingham School of Podiatry
  • Since graduating, has worked both privately and in NHS Northampton, Coventry and now in Warwick.
  • Currently working in Warwick as a team lead in MSK Outpatients, Warwick hospital.
  • Currently undertaking his masters in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy which should help him move into an advanced scope practitioner roll in the near future.
  • Raj has special interests in spinal shoulder and knee conditions which he utilises in his role as A&E triage practitioner.

I specialise in sport injuries and rehabilitation, shoulder, spinal, knee, fracture, post operative care and sprains.

In my spare time I like to travel the world and experience different cultures.

Adrian Burman BSc (Hons), BSc (Hons), PGDip, PGCert

  • 13 years imaging experience.
  • 11 years ultrasound experience.
  • A highly skilled, and motivated diagnostic medical Sonographer with a wealth of knowledge in all routine and many specialist areas of diagnostic medical ultrasound.
  • Started career as a fitness professional following a sports and exercise science degree from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
  • Worked for the Marriott hotel chain and was responsible for setting up and running of fitness programs for its staff and residents.
  • Went on to further my skills by completing a second degree in diagnostic radiography at the University of Central England in Birmingham, where I remained for several years at the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
  • Having excelled at diagnostic radiography, moved on to specialise in diagnostic ultrasound and in particular Musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSKus).

I have a tenacious approach to my work and with my previous knowledge of sports science along with the huge diversity of my specialisms you can be confident on the service, you will receive.

In the past two years I have taken my skills into the private sector, creating my own company providing diagnostic ultrasound services to GP’s hospitals and various clinics in the community as well as on a part time basis providing ultrasound support to the well know medical device company Sonosite/FUJIFILM and MINDRAY UK as a Clinical Application Specialist for point of care.


Mitesh Mistry- Podiatrist BSc (Hons), MInstChP, HCPC Registered

  • Degree from the Birmingham School of Podiatry
  • Registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as well as the College of Podiatry.
  • Was employed by Derbyshire NHS trust after graduating as a Community Podiatrist where he treated patients with a wide range of foot conditions which included managing foot ulcerations, routine podiatry and biomechanical issues.
  • Moved onto becoming a Specialist Podiatrist for Northamptonshire NHS trust where he was responsible for the Diabetic and High Risk foot service.
  • Attended many courses on Biomechanics & Sports injuries and keeps up to date on the most recent and effective treatment methods.
  • Mitesh’s passion and expertise for biomechanics means that he gives his patients one of the best levels of podiatric care with a treatment plan to attain outstanding results, which enables his patients to return to their normal quality of life.
  • He states “My main goal for any patient I see, whether it be for biomechanical issues or general podiatry is to identify the main cause through acquiring a thorough medical history. I firmly believe once this is outlined, I can develop a detailed treatment plan with the symptoms presented which will attain the best results."
  • Mitesh provides specialised treatment plans for biomechanical concerns such as heel pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, knee pain, painful bunions and general foot pain which include the provision of customised orthotics, an exercise plan and the provision of specialist footwear.

Mitesh concludes that “Most of the foot problems seem minor at the time and we tend to ignore it. However, our body has a method of compensating and altering the position of our joints and muscles which causes pain in our ankles, knees and hips.”

  • Specialising in advanced podiatry treatments which include nail surgery, the latest verucca treatment techniques and cosmetic treatments such as nail reconstruction.

  • Initially worked both privately and in the NHS in Scotland where he would treat patients with all forms of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Demonstrated a successful record working with high level athletes.
  • Previously part of the leading orthopaedic foot and ankle service where he worked alongside an orthopaedic consultant, Esp physiotherapist and Esp podiatrists.
  • External Lecturer for University of Strathclyde.

I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb musculoskeletal conditions with particular interest in the foot and ankle and knee regions.

I have been deeply involved in the management of patients with orthopaedic, soft tissue and neuromuscular disorders.

  • Then lived in Australia for 3 years working in a Private Podiatry practice.
  • Over 14 years’ experience proving specialist care in both the NHS and private sector.
  • Currently working in the NHS as an advanced MSK/Orthopaedic triage role.
  • Previously worked at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham where I worked closely with Rheumatology, Orthopaedic, Vascular and Diabetes consultants.
  • Worked at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham providing shockwave therapy and biomechanical assessments for the treatment of lower extremity pathologies.
