Mitesh Mistry- Podiatrist BSc (Hons), MInstChP, HCPC Registered

  • Degree from the Birmingham School of Podiatry
  • Registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as well as the College of Podiatry.
  • Was employed by Derbyshire NHS trust after graduating as a Community Podiatrist where he treated patients with a wide range of foot conditions which included managing foot ulcerations, routine podiatry and biomechanical issues.
  • Moved onto becoming a Specialist Podiatrist for Northamptonshire NHS trust where he was responsible for the Diabetic and High Risk foot service.
  • Attended many courses on Biomechanics & Sports injuries and keeps up to date on the most recent and effective treatment methods.
  • Mitesh’s passion and expertise for biomechanics means that he gives his patients one of the best levels of podiatric care with a treatment plan to attain outstanding results, which enables his patients to return to their normal quality of life.

Millar Leask, MSc Orthotist

  • Awarded best Orthotic clinic examination performance during final year examinations at the University of Strathclyde.
  • Graduated with 1st Class honours degree in his Bachelor’s degree.
  • Attained a distinction in his Master’s degree, where he specialised in plantar pressure interpretations and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Initially worked both privately and in the NHS in Scotland where he would treat patients with all forms of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Demonstrated a successful record working with high level athletes.
  • Previously part of the leading orthopaedic foot and ankle service where he worked alongside an orthopaedic consultant, Esp physiotherapist and Esp podiatrists.
  • External Lecturer for University of Strathclyde.
  • Presenter at The Scottish Podiatry MSK conference.

I specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of lower limb musculoskeletal conditions with particular interest in the foot and ankle and knee regions.

I have been deeply involved in the management of patients with orthopaedic, soft tissue and neuromuscular disorders.

Mohammed Iqbal Specialist Neuro Consultant Physiotherapist

  • Graduated from Birmingham School of Podiatry in 2018
  • BSc (Hons) Podiatry Accreditation received from Aston University Birmingham
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council with additional entitlements to sell, supply and administer specific Prescription-only medicines
  • Early 2018, I started my podiatry career at Shuropody providing routine foot-care, nail surgery, biomechanical assessments, orthotics and footwear advice
  • In late 2019 I joined South Warwickshire Foundation NHS Trust as a Specialist Podiatrist where I trained in specialised lower limb treatment modalities for systemic medical conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and peripheral vascular disease
  • Worked at the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board in Gwent as part of the NHS Covid-19 Workforce to assist with reducing podiatry waiting lists
  • Since 2021 I have provided my specialist services to Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust as part of the high-risk foot protection team managing patients with critical lower limb complications, making onward referrals to the Endocrinology and Vascular Departments where necessary
  • I have also provided podiatric services and expertise to private practices in within Birmingham and Coventry
