As a trained expert in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, I specialize in Sport and Exercise Therapy techniques to help clients recover and perform at their best.

I completed my training at Coventry University and am proud to be a member of the Society of Sports Therapists. At Biomechanix Clinic Ltd, I integrate advanced modalities such as Class 4 Laser and Shockwave therapy, alongside soft tissue techniques including massage, Manual Muscle Techniques (MMTs), Muscle Energy Techniques (METs), Joint Mobilisations Grades 1-4, and tailored exercise prescription.
